Comments This starts well, but I find the slowdown takes the tune a tad off track. The beat does then change a bit as the whole sound goes a bit tech, with a nice trance side. The undertone is the trance bit, repetitive; but consistent. What you have is also a bit progressive in how it builds up, which is let down when the piano break kicks in. It's at a point where you think the tune is about to let rip and it kills things a bit dead and they don't recover. Nice idea and a nice feel, but too much missing and a dreadful ending.

Comments Not come across this label, but will be checking out their other stuff. The slowdown is what made me really listen to this, it has a wonderful feeling; very euphoric and trance in nature; peaceful almost. Things then start to move and all the ingredients are in place for this to really rock and rock hard at that. It then does let rip and the sound is really nice. Everything that you have heard and more, plus the second half just ups the game and throws down an awesome vibe. This is a very moving and emotional song, but without all the high pitch synths that you normally get. Very down to earth and it just concentrates on the sound and all the good bits of it. A wonderful track.

Comments This has the sound I would expect from the artist and label, pounding and with meaning. Whilst this does have a hard feel, it also has a very relaxed side; it doesn't go overboard. The melody is really nice, the beat is solid; but you get a wonderful melody on top. It's not too in your face, it's pitched just right. This goes on for a while and you are really able to lose yourself in the sound, it works a real treat. I had hoped it would have done something different on gone for a while longer, but alas that's me being greedy as usual. Quality tune.

Comments This is an unusual tune, in fact it's an unusual sound as well. You have really bizarre melody at the beginning which is tempered by a very slow piano. The 2 clash, but blend very well. What drew me to this was its progressive nature, I really like the way it builds over the length of the track. It sounds really good, it's like a story unfolding or a journey. The synth is a bit much for me, but in line with the piano and I can see what the artist is doing. I like this for a lot of different reasons, catchy as well.

Comments You are spoilt for choice with versions of this, all have some good points. Good solid tune this, has a real feel to tings; lots of energy. It's not a real head killer, but the sounds you get are crisp and to the point. The melody moves well and you will definitely find yourself tapping your feet, it's got a great vibe and the subtle vocals towards the end work a real treat. This is a real moment tune, you will hear it and remember where you heard; it has impact. Power and energy throughout, but toned with a nice elegance.

Comments This is an unusual tune to say the least. If you have seen the classic horror film ‘Phantasm' then this will sound familiar, it has that great tune; almost like Tubby Bells. The tune is too long and it takes an age to get going and to be honest if you lose patience, don't panic as I almost did. Painfully tedious and the synth that is the main focal point does grate a bit. When the melody launches I can't say it blew me away, it was nice; but not spectacular that the build-up deserved. I like the idea of what the artists are trying to do and it is very different, it's just a bit too much. Second half of the melody is nice, makes up a bit for all the other pain and there should have been more of this. It's a good tune, do have a listen; but be prepared for something different.

Comments First time I listened to this it really didn't grab me, but there was something that made me listen again. Very slow start and this is very mis-leading to the back end of the tune. Bit of a slowdown, but then the tune kicks in and what you get is very different to the beginning, it's actually quite good. The synths are very nice and crisp; the beat underneath runs at a good pace and the overall feel is a very positive and uplifting one. It does seem a bit repetitive, but the second half gets that all important extra uplift that although not significant is noticeable. The melody is a very good length as well, lots of time to really soak things up. Turned out OK.

Comments This has a really unusual and different synth, you will hear it early on and will know exactly what I am referring to. Good feeling for this, the synth is a bit crazy; but there is a sense of something under the covers here, Once the melody kicks in you get a real nice groove, lots of meaning and emphasis to the beat and the sound; works nicely. You get a piano drop in later on, which is at a point where it needed to be more funky and I thought was a prelude to another melody, alas no. Good tune, that could have been better with more.

Comments First outing for this label and not a bad start. Starts with quite a hard techno edge, but that does mellow a bit as things progress. You get a synth post the slowdown, which could be a bit softer on the ears; but would be in-line with the edge of the tune. The tune develops quite nicely to the melody where it kicks out a solid enough sound, although a bit flat in some areas. By flat I mean it doesn't change the tempo and when a second melody kicked in I thought we was there, but that ran really short. Saving grace is the nice synths thrown in here and there, including the nice acid sound towards the end. A good first outing with hopefully better to come.

Comments This is a deep tune, lots of bass and that heavy feel to things; although this is nicely offset with some rather light synths. Once things get going, there is a nice emphasis on urgency; the tune starts to lift itself quite nicely. The drive underneath works well, there's a piano introduced very effectively mid flow as well; nice. The vibe continues and unfortunately stops at a point where it felt it was about to let rip; so a few bars short of particularly good. For now, this is a solid tune and worth a listen.

Comments There is a saying that ‘too many cooks spoil the broth' and that very much applies here. The 100th track from the Blue Soho stable is an amazing feat and I look forward to the next 100. Getting the big artists together I don't feel has worked and this tune is a bit messed up. Great start and then a big emotional slowdown followed by a less emotional one and this breaks the rhythm up. The noises here don't do it for me either, they sound very incomplete. The melody is also a bit jumbled up and way too noisy. That aside, I do like the orchestral feel and the highs are very euphoric, lots of energy and passion. It's also a good length, but in some respects I wish it had been shorter as there is too much going on. Well done to Blue Soho for 100 tunes, maybe not so for this one.

Comments This is one of them tunes that has an incredibly catchy feel, but is also lacking; so good and bad. I love the ‘piano' throughout this, really gives the tune depth. When you hit the slowdown it turns into a wonderful melodic piece. This lasts a while before launching into the main melody, which again sounds great. The beat ups its game and the whole feel of the tune changes to being more upbeat, still very melodic and in fact if you listen hard you can hear the main tune in the background. This does soon return and if you have a very complete sound. It is just lacking in that I was expecting some real fire in the melody, which remained constant. Solid tune, don't get me wrong; but wanted a bit more from it.

Comments An amazing artist, there's very little he has done that I have not liked in some way; although he is getting a bit stuck on the same sort of sound more recently. The slowdown with this tune is exactly that, slow. Typical of the artist to do this so he can build things back up. There are some wonderful melodies in this and it does sound good. As things start to build you can feel exactly what is coming. When it gets there it really does sweep you away in sound, wonderful. Moves really well, has an enormous amount of energy and is just a very clear and crisp sound. Not much more I can say, if you like this artist, you will not be disappointed.

Comments A growing fan of this artist and this is a good tune for the collection. It has that deep piano sound, but a fresh upbeat vibe over the top. It's also not as slushy as more recent stuff, but you get the same feeling. It does take a while to get going, but the journey to get there is a good one. Once this does let go, it has all the high end synths that you would expect and although it does sounds really great it is very much what you've heard before. That aside, the second half of the melody ups a notch and the feeling that you get is awesome; such a happy tune; but with a whole undertone. Great work from the artists, let's hope for a different approach in 2014.

Comments Taken from the ‘London 001 EP' this is probably the pick of the tunes. Starts a bit odd, not too much to get your ears around, but when the slowdown kicks in you get some nice vibes. The beat then comes back with a lot more purpose and you then get the odd bit of vocal, plus a guitar type break. It's not a banging tune and I feel the artist has lost his way of late, but this does deliver a nice feeling. Throughout the tune is a bit on the downside, no real energy; but some good passion. The vocal version is awful I would add. Worth a listen as it's a different sound to the normal club scene.
